Seahawks fans are all but guaranteed to get their first taste of live coverage from the new Seattle Seahawks football stadium in the near future.
This Friday, the team will host a special live stream event at CenturyLink Field that will include a game and special pregame show on NBC Sports Live Extra.
This week, the NFL has partnered with Trup Media, the world’s leading independent video broadcaster, to bring the game live to its viewers and the world at large.
The live stream will be available through NBC Sports, NBC Sports Go, NBCSN, and NBCSports.com.
The stream will start at 5 p.m.
ET and will be hosted by former NFL announcer Jon Gruden and will last for three hours and 40 minutes.
Gruden, who also holds a Masters degree in broadcasting, will host the live stream and will report from the stadium, while Mike Garafolo, the league’s executive vice president of football operations, will provide commentary and analysis throughout the live broadcast.
The stream will also feature special appearances by Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider, as well as the team’s captains.
NFL.com’s Mike Garofolo will provide coverage of all of the games from this week’s schedule and will also report live from the Seahawks game.

The first game is set to begin at 5:00 p.k. on Friday, Feb. 5, with the Seahawks facing the Dallas Cowboys.
The game will air on NBCSN at 8:30 p.s.
The kickoff will be at 8 p.o.m., with a special pre-game show beginning at 7:00 a.m..
The broadcast will be provided by NFL.TV and NBC Sports Network.
